Ebogo Mesmey, MD, MPH
Dr. Ebogo Mbezele Mesmey is ICAP’s country director in Cameroon and a specialist in HIV/AIDS and prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT). He has extensive experience in national level policy development and strategic planning, grant development, program management, monitoring and evaluation, and operational research. Prior to joining ICAP, Dr. Ebogo was a PMTCT program manager in Cameroon’s National AIDS Control Commission, where he focused on results-based program management, data analysis and data quality control for Global Fund activities, including technical assistance and institutional capacity building of local recipients. Dr. Ebogo is a medical doctor and holds a diploma in public health and health promotion, as well as a certificate in management in health from the World Bank Institute.
